What’s New at High Dunes Resort

We have upgraded all units to electronic locks.  No more stopping by the office to get a hard key.  Call ahead and receive your access  code before you arrive.  Contact 252-441-7860 from 8am-3pm and after hours call 877-725-5453.

High Dunes Resort is located in Kill Devil Hills, 9.5 mile post at 1405 S. Virginia Dare Trail. It is a small, nine-unit oceanfront haven for beach lovers.

With direct beach access and a dune top gazebo, the Atlantic Ocean is your personal gateway to the Outer Banks beaches.

Featuring spacious two bedroom condominiums, you will enjoy such amenities as an outdoor pool, outdoor park, grills, and picnic tables. The Outer Banks is not just for summer – for your off-season visit, wood burning fireplaces add a warm cozy atmosphere.
